Pink Cactus Advice
Prepare some pink lemonade in old fashioned jars to add to your party a cheerful and colorful look.
9 cups cool water
2 cups white sugar
2 1/4 cups fresh lemon juice
2 cups ice
3/4 cup blueberries
In a saucepan put the blueberries with half cup of water. Heat them up for a few minutes to get them to release their juices, remove from the heat and strain. Boil one cup of water with the sugar in a saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring until the liquid becomes clear. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice. Pour 7 cups of cool water and ice into a serving pitcher. Add the lemon syrup and blueberries; stir until you get a "Pink Cactus" colour. Pour lemonade into glasses. Enjoy!
