OUR FOOD
We know all about creating a Mexican Feast. Mexican tacos is our signature dish and our burritos are favoured by many food lovers but not only that, there is so much more we can offer in our menu that probably if you name it we got it!
We proudly create all of our cooking and sauces to create our very own unique taste. This comes from a combination of ingredients and spices we love to provide food packed with flavours and exquisite aromas for everyone to enjoy.
We are committed to quality, service and sustainability in the food we serve. The meat and vegetables are sourced from recommended local suppliers to ensure we cook with the best quality of the raw ingredients available.
With our passion for Mexican gastronomy we cook using authentic Mexican cooking techniques to produce inspirational Mexican food that represents the high value of London’s food scene.
THE STORY
Founded in 2015 by Michal Gaffke and wife Elsa Galvez. After both working in hospitality in London for over a decade and have experienced multiple inspirational visits together to Elsa´s country of birth Mexico Pink Cactus finally came to live.
We wanted to offer a product that is honest, fresh and rich in flavours which will transport people to the vibrant streets of Mexico.
We love to engage people watching the process of making tacos and building burritos as is experienced all across Mexico. Now our burritos and tacos are flying out from our attractive Chevrolet P 10 Step Van which was brought all the way from America to join the family. To join the fun you can find us in Farmers Markets, private events and some of the country’s best festivals.
PRIVATE EVENTS
We cater all types of private events. From refreshing Margaritas to begin the fun to late-night tacos or a post-wedding brunch with breakfast burritos, we’ve got your back!
